These delicious little coconut treats were in my Christmas parcel from Aitch. I had seen these a few times in the shops and I really wanted them but they were very expensive so I hadn’t bought them.
What a lovely surprise to open one of my Christmas parcels to find these. My favourite flavours, coconut and chocolate. Unfortunately I threw the packet away so I can’t tell you what the ingredients are but they reminded me of the chocolate covered rice bubble crackles that my mum used to make in little patty pan cases but of course these are much more posh and my mum’s didn’t have coconut. Even though I have cut down on sugar, I would buy these if I saw them again and have them as a special treat.
If only I liked coconut…they sound lovely!
