Thank goodness coffee is gluten free. It can be one of life’s simple pleasures if had in moderation.
Check of course for contamination. Coffee could be packaged in a facility that handles gluten products. And there are lots of flavoured coffees on the market that may contain gluten. Always check the label first.

Hope you are having a lovely time at the beach. You certainly have picked the wonderful weather for it XO
The weather was wonderful in most parts of the country but in the far north there were gale force winds every day so no going onto the beach without being sandblasted but we still had a wonderful time. Thank you.
Coffee may be gluten free but I read an article that it has similar proteins in it to gluten and can cause the same type of reactions as gluten in people who are gluten sensitive. See the post here and do be careful. http://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/gluten-issues-or-celiac-dont-drink-coffee/ Also apparently the gluten in corn affects most gluten sensitive people too!
Thanks so much for making us aware of that. Thanks for the link.
Thank goodness for small mercies
